This is National Women’s History Month and Artificial Intelligence is rapidly reshaping the workforce, creating a significant, history-making trend where women face disproportionate risks of job displacement, particularly in clerical and administrative roles. Studies indicate that some 6 million women in the United States, who hold highly automatable positions, may need to find new jobs or leave the workforce entirely as AI adoption spreads.
